  用料:

  压边腿一个,樱桃酒少许,黑胡椒,生姜,迷迭香,胡萝卜一个,芹菜少许

  做法:

  1、压边腿洗净后用刀片贴肉剔出主骨

  2、整个切完取出主骨

  3、翻面直切几刀

  4、撒少许细盐
