 羊肉可以说的上是温补的最佳美味,或许在冬天吃的人会很多,但是春天温度不稳定,多吃一点温补的东西更容易度过春天,那么不妨选择下面这道菜——蒜苗炒羊肉。

  主料:蒜苗、羊肉青辣椒

  辅料:植物油、盐、生抽、花椒粉、味精、淀粉、姜

  做法:

  1、把蒜苗洗净切段、姜切末,青辣椒洗净切丝, 羊肉切丝,用花椒粉、生抽、淀粉拌均匀,加色拉油在拌均匀腌制3分钟左右、

  3、热锅凉油油热8成,下姜末,青辣椒、蒜苗头翻炒出香味,下羊肉翻炒均匀

  4、加盐、生抽、蒜苗叶子翻炒均匀,加味精翻炒均匀即可
